Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds on goods sold through Knotorio, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Products (except reduced or sale items) can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition – new, unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed – with all tags intact.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us immediately with details and photos.
  • We will try to replace the item depending on stock availability.
  • If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund once the garment is returned to us. Refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them for a full refund.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may already be processed or shipped.
  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at knotoriog6@gmail.com or call 7838857775 with your order details.
  • If the order has already shipped, you may still be eligible for exchange or store credit under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We do not refund duties, taxes, or any additional charges incurred.
