Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We do not offer refunds on goods sold through Knotorio, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Products (except reduced or sale items) can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition – new, unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed – with all tags intact.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Faulty or Damaged Products
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us immediately with details and photos.
- We will try to replace the item depending on stock availability.
- If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund once the garment is returned to us. Refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them for a full refund.
- After 12 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may already be processed or shipped.
- Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

- If the order has already shipped, you may still be eligible for exchange or store credit under our Return & Exchange Policy.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not refund duties, taxes, or any additional charges incurred.
